  • The gym will occupy 2 levels, the 3rd and 4th storey of the building. It is fully equipped with an extensive range of cardiovascular and resistance machines, free weights and specialised equipment from top notch vendors with qualified personal trainers.
  • The styled and spacious studios will also offer an extensive range of classes, from yoga and kickboxing to pilates and high impact aerobics.

    For Members who would like to use the Gym facilities, or need professional guidance, our fitness team is happy to walk you through a 1 hour orientation. This free session aims to put you at ease and reap maximum fitness benefit with safety as a priority. During the orientation, our fitness team will cover the essentials including gym etiquette, health tips, safe and effective use of all equipment (cardio, strength machines and free weights) and more. Our Gym instructor Suresh, will personally conduct these session. No registration required; just walk in and enjoy the FREE orientation.

    Good news for avid Tennis players! The Club has set aside Wednesday evenings as our Weekly Tennis Night, exclusively for our Members. With effect from 6 September 2006, you can enjoy FREE games and compete against each other every Wednesday evening. Hourly slots are available from 6pm to 10pm, limit to one slot per booking and extension of game is subject to tennis court availability on actual day. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
